Clam Crostini

Ingredients: 
  • 1 can (6.5 oz.) StarKist Sea Clams, drained
  • 2 cups diced and seeded tomatoes
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ large baguette
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Directions: 
  1. Slice baguette into 24 thin slices and toast lightly on both sides.
  2. Mix clams, tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil and vinegar together
  3. Place 1 – 2 Tbsp. on each slice of bread and top with basil.

24 crostini
